2. Description of Service
MailTrack provides email tracking services, including open notifications, click tracking, and analytics for Gmail. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use MailTrack, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use MailTrack for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails.
- Harassing or stalking individuals using tracking data.
- Attempting to bypass our security or reverse-engineer our software.
- Using the service in a way that violates Google's API Terms of Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your billing dashboard. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
MailTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
